The Story Behind The Scent: The 2026 Fall Collection

The Story Behind The Scent: The 2026 Fall Collection
Fall is kind of a big deal around here.

And this year, we decided to make it even bigger. For the first time, our Fall Collection features three fragrances instead of two: two returning favorites we simply couldn’t leave behind and one brand-new scent made for the season.

CEO & Co-Founder Chloe Mervine and Senior Brand Manager Kelsey Harris sat down to talk about the fragrances behind this year’s collection, and the tortoise vessel that ties it all together.

The Returning Favorites

Some scents are just fall.

When it came time to build this year’s collection, Chloe knew two fragrances had to make their return: Warm Pumpkin Spice and Marshmallow Cashmere.

“It’s hard for us not to bring back the beloved Warm Pumpkin Spice and Marshmallow Cashmere. They’ve become such favorites for fall.” — Chloe

Both are nostalgic in completely different ways, giving you two sides of the season.

Warm Pumpkin Spice

If you want your home to smell unmistakably like fall, this is the one.

Warm Pumpkin Spice is the sweeter, spicier scent of the collection, blending pumpkin, cinnamon, and buttercream into a fragrance that feels instantly familiar.

“Warm Pumpkin Spice is definitely on the sweeter side. It’s a little spicy with the cinnamon and buttercream, and it’s really your true fall fragrance.” — Chloe.

Think pumpkins, changing leaves, and everything you wait all year for. It’s classic fall, poured into one very Big Ass Candle.

Marshmallow Cashmere

Then there’s Marshmallow Cashmere.

Chloe calls it “a big warm hug,” while Kelsey describes it as wrapping yourself in a big, warm blanket. And that pretty much sums it up.

With marshmallow, caramel, vanilla, cashmere musk, almond, and soft florals, the notes come together to create something comforting, inviting, and made for staying in.

“It has caramel, vanilla, and those soft florals, and all of that combined is just super cozy. I love it.” — Chloe

If fall had a dress code, it would be cashmere. And Then We Made Something New.

Espresso Cedar

For the first time, we added a third fragrance to our fall lineup. Chloe wanted something that still captured that nostalgic feeling of the season but brought something completely new to the collection.

“Espresso Cedar is very nostalgic of fall. You get that smell of espresso that everyone wants this time of year, but it also brings something different to the collection.” — Chloe.

Rich espresso meets cedar, mint, tonka bean, and oakmoss for a fragrance that's woody and masculine.

And out of the three, Espresso Cedar quickly became Kelsey’s favorite.

“It kind of smells like a sexy man just walked into a coffee shop to pick up his cup of coffee. You get that masculine note and the woodiness, but it’s still really nostalgic.” — Kelsey Harris

Coffee shop meets cologne. We’ll take both.

Tortoise

All three fragrances are poured in our new tortoise vessel, with rich amber and brown tones that make it feel like fall before you even light it.

“The tortoise shell, you can’t beat it. It’s so pretty.” — Chloe.

Kelsey calls this one of her favorite drops of the year, and between three fragrances and a vessel this good, we can see why.

Whether it’s the classic sweetness of Warm Pumpkin Spice, the comforting notes of Marshmallow Cashmere, or the woody espresso of Espresso Cedar, each fragrance brings a different side of fall to life.

For Chloe and Kelsey, that’s what made this collection so special.

Three scents. Three takes on fall. One very Big Ass season.
